Tap. Save. Live.
A medical ID for when seconds matter.

LifeTap turns a small NFC tag into your emergency profile. First responders tap it and instantly see your blood type, allergies, conditions, and next of kin — even when you can't speak for yourself.

The problem

When help arrives, your medical history shouldn't be a guess.

Every year, Filipinos are caught in typhoons, road accidents, and disasters where responders have no way to know if a victim is allergic to penicillin, on blood thinners, or has a pacemaker. LifeTap closes that gap with a tap.

How it works

Two sides. One tap.

LifeTap serves civilians and responders from the same app. Your role activates automatically — no separate downloads.

01

Create your profile

Add your blood type, allergies, conditions, medications, and next of kin in 5 quick steps.

02

Write to your tag

Tap a LifeTap keychain, wristband, or wallet card to write your profile. Carry it always.

03

Sync to the cloud

Your encrypted backup lives in the cloud — restore on any device with a phone OTP.

04

Stay in control

Choose what's public, withdraw consent anytime, delete your account in three taps.

Features

Engineered for the worst day of your life.

Field-tested architecture: encrypted local storage, offline-first sync, and a privacy model built around the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

Sub-second NFC reads

NDEF text payload, not a database query. Works without internet, without an account.

Encrypted on-device

Sensitive data lives in iOS Keychain-backed encrypted storage — never plain JSON files.

Offline-first reports

Build incident reports with no connection. Auto-syncs to the LGU dashboard when back online.

DPA-compliant by design

Versioned consent, full audit log, right-to-erasure flow, and city-scoped data isolation via RLS.

One-tap kin alerts

Parallel SMS to all next of kin via Supabase Edge Functions + Twilio. No copy-pasting.

Phone OTP auth

No passwords. Every Filipino has a phone number — that's all you need to restore your profile.

LGU admin dashboard

Personnel-only Next.js dashboard with role-based access, audit log, and city-scoped reports.

Designed in Filipino

Barangay/city fields, +639 phone formatting, Philippine carrier-tested OTP delivery.

You're in control

Toggle public visibility, withdraw consent, delete account permanently — all from inside the app.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What happens if I lose my NFC tag?
Your profile lives encrypted in the cloud. Restore it on any device with a phone OTP, then write it onto a new tag in seconds.
Is my medical data safe?
Yes. Data is stored in iOS-encrypted storage on-device, in row-level-secured Postgres in the cloud, and only ever shown in full to verified LGU personnel. Civilians see only what you make public.
Do I need a LifeTap tag to use the app?
No — you can keep your profile in the cloud and show your Emergency ID card. But a physical NFC tag is what makes you findable when you can't speak.
Does it work without internet?
Reading and writing tags is fully offline. Cloud sync happens automatically when you're back online — including responder disaster reports.
How does an LGU get on board?
Reach out via the contact link below. We onboard medics, responders, and DRRMO staff to the dashboard with city-scoped permissions and full audit logging.
When will Android and tags ship?
Android is in active development. Tags (keychain, wristband, wallet card) open for pre-order soon — tap "Notify me" on any product card to be first in line.
